Time and time again, we see animals mastering skills that we would think only humans could do. Horses have proved many times that they have great rhythm and enjoy getting down to music, and this Clydesdale has an especially great talent; line dancing.
The majestic Clydesdale horse is known for its grace and poise, and are popular as work horses and show ponies due to their ability to bond with humans. They have excellent hearing, which probably attributes to the reason why horses love music so much.
In the video below, the beautiful Clydesdale takes centre stage in the ring, surrounded by human line dancers, and they all dance perfectly in synch. Strutting to Billy Ray Cyrus’ song ‘Achy Breaky Heart’, the dance troop flawlessly perform the classic routine; horse and all.
The crowd goes wild as the Clydesdale moves and steps perfectly in time with the music, keeping perfect focus and maintaining its position centre stage. It is amazing to see the intelligent creature dance in time with its two-legged friends, and it never misses a step!
